Dormaahene to Be Sworn In as Justice of the Court of Appeal Today

Today marks a historic moment for Dormaa, the Bono Region, and Ghana as a whole. His Lordship Justice Daniel Mensah, known in chieftaincy as Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II, Dormaahene, will be officially sworn in as a Justice of the Court of Appeal by President John Dramani Mahama.

A Journey of Hard Work and Service

Justice Mensah’s appointment is the result of years of dedicated service, discipline, and hard work. His career in the judiciary has been defined by fairness and integrity, while his role as Dormaahene has shown wisdom, humility, and visionary leadership.

By balancing his duties as a paramount chief and a judge, he has become a symbol of how commitment to education and service can lead to the highest levels of achievement.

Justice Daniel Mensah has long been known in legal circles, but his role as Dormaahene gives his elevation special symbolic weight. As paramount chief of the Dormaa Traditional Area, his traditional leadership is deeply rooted in local respect and influence.

Pride for Dormaa

For the people of Dormaa, this achievement is a source of immense pride. It reflects the value Dormaa places on education, integrity, and leadership. It also serves as an inspiration to the youth — showing that with dedication and perseverance, no goal is beyond reach.

His new role will not only strengthen the judiciary but also bring greater honour to Dormaa and the Bono Region.

Congratulations to Dormaahene

We celebrate our chief, our judge, and our leader. Congratulations to Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II on this well-deserved elevation to the Court of Appeal. Dormaa is proud, Bono is proud, and Ghana is proud.
