 The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Dormaa Central, Hon. Dominic Adoma Ameyaw, has praised the exceptional leadership and community impact of DormaaHene, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II, during a special interview with Dormaa FM at Nana’s birthday celebration held at Abanpreadease.



Speaking to Dormaa FM reporters, the MCE described DormaaHene as “a pillar of development and unity in the Bono Region and beyond.” He noted that Nana’s leadership has gone beyond traditional duties, influencing education, health, youth development, and cultural preservation in Dormaa.


“Nana is not just a traditional ruler; he is a national figure whose efforts continue to inspire growth and peace across Dormaa. His humility, vision, and service to the people deserve to be celebrated by all,” the MCE stated.


Hon. Ameyaw joined hundreds of dignitaries, royals, and residents who gathered to honour DormaaHene, whose birthday was marked with traditional drumming, dancing, and a significant gesture of kindness—distribution of clothes to women across the community.


The MCE emphasized the strong collaboration between the traditional authority and the municipal assembly, highlighting how DormaaHene’s guidance has helped shape several development agendas in the area.


“We are lucky to have a leader like Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyemang Badu II. His vision aligns perfectly with the goals of our local government, and we look forward to achieving even more for Dormaa together,” he added.


The celebration also saw DormaaHene receive a brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser GR in recognition of his dedicated service and enduring legacy.
